In my area there is a lot of Airtel network issues. Previously I was using IDEA and due to network issue I switched to Airtel. At the start airtel provide very good coverage and speed. But last 1-2 months I am facing lot of issues while accessing internet. I can’t attend my office calls due to network issue. Every time the speed is low. When I go to any other locations which is in city then the speed works very well. Even on mobile video calling network is affect the calls in my area. I have already gave complaint on this but still I did not get any of the feedback call from Airtel. They are doing advertisement like switch to Airtel, India’s biggest network, but they are not resolving the issues of customers.
