Dear sir
With regards and humble request i want draw your kind attention that we are facing a lot of problem in voice call and assessing internet in our power plant area.In that area the network is so poor that we cant make a single call or access the internet..we have to go out and make a call.
we have already complaint several times regarding network issue of airtel through customer care and they informed us that there is some technical problems in our locality and it will be solved very soon.In our premises of plant approx 1000 airtel customers are using the services of airtel..so i humbly request you to solve the problem as quick as possible.
Our plant is situated in Rengali,Dist-sambalpur..Shyam metalics and energy limited.
