Two days back suddenly my sim not working and showing not registered in network. From past many years onwards I have used this number:9866160163 and their is no payment dues from my end.

Past 3 days onwards I am trying to customer care as well as through email but no update. Present I am in roming location and my family in other location their is no communication to both. Every time I have request some one and called to them.

  1. I have discussed with some of airtel persons what is the reason he said change with new sim to activate, is it correct in this situation, there is no shops and service centers in lockdown period. This is worst scenario from airtel in this time . Even their is no response at least what happened also?.
