I applied for postpaid before 10 days. But your concerned officer told me to add another 3 number for family offer.I think that was my big fault to believe in Airtel ,that’s why people are left airtel.
but due to past good experience in Airtel I believe in your officer.today already 10 days gone one of my existing prepaid number i change to postpaid but after repeated complain in your Xavier square Bhubaneswar nobody response.
they told me there is a verification call from Airtel after that your network will be came.but after 7 day today morning they call for verification and told me within 4 hour your network will came.
but now 12 hour gone and there is no network and your officer told me that we can do anything if you you want you can change your network any other operator.If somebody ask me to rate Airtel postpaid I give 1 out of 10.
