I paying the bill of Rs 665 every month and I’m not able to use the network. Many call drops and no internet. I switched the sim as the customer care team said. but no use, the data is like GPRS. Showing as 4G+ but couldn’t even load a single page in chrome. I’m using the top end mobile i.e., Samsung S9+ brought it in Airtel online store. They are charging me even for not using the sim card. The customer care is of no use. They won’t understand our concern.
