I am a Airtel Customer for long time i work in abroad i have the sim here for my bank transaction suddenly one day i got a message that your outgoing calls will get expired so i try to recharge but i cant find any denomination for any full talk time when i verified their pack i found the topup are only for Rs.10 Rs.1000 28 days validity, Rs. 5000 28 days validity for using sim in abroad they cut service charge of 92 for 3 months i am doing recharge every 3 months also in which way airtel get loss. when i check with my other states friends here they dont have any issue in validity its only for Tamil Nadu, Uttarpradesh and Punjab if they want to make some rule they it should be throughout India not a particular state. Need take some corrective actions against airtel telecom network.
