Text of Complaint by ashish kumar:

I am ashish kumar from patna. I was in Sastri Nagar Bailey Road and then after I was shift to Anishabad Patna. So I raise a request on 25 July for the shifting of airtel fibre and your customer service told me that the technician team contact me and shift the connection. Since 25 July I am waiting for your technician team and have not had a single call from your side regarding the shifting. Then I contact a local airtel technician from my side and however, they connect a fibre but after they told me that they have not complained or order ID for my shifting SO THEY WILL NOT START MY INTERNET and every time I talk to your customer care service they told the same thing that technician contact me, I have to wait for some hours. This will happen since 25th July. Please help me with this. by approaching 121 customer care they are not capable of solving the problem they will only be good at giving fake promisees
