I have approached customer care regarding shifting my Air-tel DTH connection from one flat to another flat in the same locality. Service person came to my house and fixed the line after that it not connecting so he took the Router and gone till now he is not giving any new Router to me number of times I called him but he is not lifting my phone and I have given message several times but he is not responding my phone calls this is not a good practice. I have tried customer care but it is useless customer care No body responding quickly one of the worst customer care in india I think .Solve my issue and arrange new router to me and reconnect my connection immediately.
