Sir,
I manikant kumar used airtel dish tv consumer no is 3016263037. As per discussion with airtel Costumer care on 23/03/2019 at 5:53 pm my pack is reduced from 295 to 240 and all channel including soni channal pack is activated with in 15 minutes but it is not activated. I again call customer care service of airtel today and representative say that your plan is 295 rs and soni channel pack is not in the pack. I will say him that yesterday your repersentrepre told me the soni channel pack is in ur pack and ur pack is 240/- rs he denied.
Pls help me and look into the matter seriously. I inclosed conversation audio file for ur reference.
