I made an 3 months advance payment of Rs 3536 for Broadband connection upgraded through Airtel App on 25th Feb’ 2021.
According to that payment next broadband bill should be generated on June.
Before broadband up gradation (25th Feb’ 2021) my old landline no was 0120 4152425 and in Airel App there is no outstanding showing.
But after up gradation my new landline no is 0120 4995115 and on this no still is showing outstanding Rs 2003
I request you to please clear this amount asap
Because I have already paid 3 months advance payment of Rs 3536 for Broadband connection upgraded through Airtel App on 25th Feb’ 2021.
Please raise a complaint against Mr Anuj and get my payment updated in the system. The transaction ID for the payment made is – 225719995
Also, please find attached the screenshot of the amount paid.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve it asap.
I’m receiving everyday call for Airtel department and they are asking a reason for broadband bill payment.
