I am using air-tel landline and broadband from 2015 on wards (040-40130873).
I request them to upgrade my connection to 100 Mbps speed but there not doing it from last 60 days.they are saying to apply for connection we will provide within 4 days.
They are saying that there is no provision in our area,but in my apartment it self having the connections and attaching the reference images.And i have the call recording of executives stating that as per higher management instructions they dont want to upgrade the existing connections to higher speeds.
Note: 1) I receiving the images because of covid-19 pandemic we are delay,then for new connection there is no pandemic i dont understand.
2) Then i will also pay 50% of bill for this pandemic period,because we are not achieving the target work because of low speed.
