I already have airtel postpaid connection in the name of Yata Swecha, her mobile number is 9160388733, I am not able to claim the bill from my office, they are asking for a prepaid bill.

I got a call from airtel broadband team (his name is banuthu umesh & contact number is 950263883), he said that he is giving two connections (broadband & DTH) for 1,500 free for first month, bill will be generated from second month, I clearly told him that I need prepaid connection, That’s why I’m closing my current postpaid broadband connection, he said it’s a prepaid connection. He installed the connection on 08-01-2023.

11th Jan I spoke to customer care and they said it’s a postpaid connection, not prepaid. I complained to Umesh, he misled me.

I called Umesh for this issue. He was giving his manager number (name Kranti & contact no 9154536333)

They are not answering my call, their response is also crap

I asked to airtel customer care, to cancel my connection & refund my money,.

Yesterday I got call from Airtel customercare, they said they refund my money.

But the connection was disconnected yesterday, money was not refunded.

there are not giving any single point of contact, they are wasting my time
