I have been an Airtel broadband user for the past 2 years.My plan is of Rs.499.
I pay Rs.3000 for 6 months under ARP (Advance rental plan) for 2 years.
My bill was due in May 2020 but i have not received any bill (till date) on my registered mobile number.
Now I am receiving a message that my monthly rental is Rs.655 and has been changed to “XTREAM FIBER” without my consent.
Even if it has been changed to “XTREAM FIBER” i am not getting any privilege of XTREAM FIBER ie (increased speed & Fiber Modem). And I am not willing to pay a monthly rental of Rs.655 just because your company says so.

Every time i go there for a query they start telling me about their new introduced plans
Please sort my Problem as soon as possible. It has been quite some time since I have been getting these kinds of problems from your side.
If you are not able to sort this problem out just tell us straight away as i will be happy to switch to “JIO FIBER”.
