On 4th October I tried to book an air ticket (from Kolkata to Delhi )online from Gurugram based company
Travolook ,
Address – 836, 2nd floor, Udyog Vihar Phase V, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana 122008.

After receiving money they canceled my ticket and on asking they told me that due to some technical reason your ticket has been cancelled. Pay Rs 1000 more to book the ticket. I refused and told him to refund my money. Then they told me that the money will be refunded within 7 days. But more than 15 days have passed yet the money has not been refunded to me. Also they didn’t reply to my emails and when I called the customer care number every time they gave a new statement. First they called that we already initiated your refund on 4th october. Wait for 24 hours more. You definitely received the payment, Now they told due to technical error your refund is not processed and wait for 7-8 more.
Sir, on searching I found I am not aloan with whom they do this fraud, they did the same thing to every customer.
I request please take some necessary actions so that they refund the amount and do not do the same fraud to other peoples.
