I hade booked 2 ticket from make my trip which journey date will be 11 September 2021.But due to some reason the flight has to cancelled. I called my concern Airlines and they guided me and ask me that i get a ticket with same price. But Due to some reason my co-passenger not to be ready for go with a rescheduled date and I just rise a partial refund though out the make my trip app. But I got a mail from my concern Airlines and refund the both tickets amount and I called my concern Airlines and they were assist that this booking was cancelled throughout the Make my trip and again I called MMT customer care and they were confirmed me that you cancelled only one ticket and its their fault and they were promised me that they are provide same amount my loss . But after some time I got another call from make my trip and they are ask me that both cancellation happed from my side and they are provide a IP address and told please check another ticket had been cancelled from Mumbai side where my Location is Kolkata. They are denied to refund my losses
