Text of Complaint by Nayan Zagade:

I purchased a scooter from Ola Electric their scooter has faulty and low quality of suspension it got leaked about 6 months ago I visited the service centre, they told take appointment and then come. After 7 days I got appointment of service centre in Talegaon dabhade pune then their drama starts first they told suspension work is not done here go to daopdi service centre which is around 22 kms away from my location I visited there, they told me suspension is not available come after 15 days. I visited after 15 days still they told the part is not available we will call u when it gets back in stock. I called them 2-3 times then also same reply after that they stopped receiving my calls during this 6 months passed after that I got appointment of Baner service centre I dropped my scooter there but from past 15 days my scooter is there they haven’t started the work yet it’s just a minor issue which takes roughly 2-3 hrs to solve but they are saying the same thing again and again that the part is not available we will call you I am not only one who is suffering there are many customers whose scooters work is pending from months they are mentally harassing their customers please help me
