Sir/Madam,
As I have been following the excess bill dispute (ISD Calls) for long time and no reply received yet.
I am not in favour of partial waver because I did not make any ISD Calls being charged and it might be fraud or billing error.
I have been associated with Airtel for several years and this time I feel that my issue is not being resolved.
I would like to request full waiver of charged ISD Calls and I am ready to pay remaining bill payment.
Please do the needful.
