I had called the Bluestar customer service on 12/05/2023 for no cooling of my window AC(1ton) which i had purchased on 13/08/2021. Later they responded and told on 13/05/2023 they will come and correct it. I had done service of that before one month itself then also i came with cooling issues. My ticket no is B23051501821and customer ID is 800001464983.Later the service people didn’t came on 13th and later they came on 15th. They told me it’s the coil problem and gas is also leaked like. Later on they didn’t evn responded and i got my AC corrected on 19/05/2023 evening. When i asked for bill they didn’t evn showed the bill and forced me to pay online. If am paying online then only they will leave like that they were telling. Without proof how can I pay the amount then also finally i payed so that they can go but till now i didn’t got the bill from bluestar company or other concerd authorities. This company service is much more worst nd the people working under them also evn worse.
