I ordered E furniture mario upholstered bed from Amazon on 13th Jan 2022. I got this at 20,000 rupees and its MRP is 50,000.
After half an hour SARA INDIA (amazon seller) called me and he told me to pls cancel this order we cant deliver this product to you. If you want then you can directly placed order from my store. Same product will be delivered to ypu at 17000 rupees.
I denied this offer bcoz i had faith on amazon. Next day i placed a complaint against seller to amazon care. He told me that we will talk to the seller and amazon assured me that on or before 18th jan 2022 this product will be delivered. Even after that seller continuosly contacted me and forcefully told me to cancel. When i denied then he told me that ok i am going to process but no gurantee you will receive this product or not. Today is 18th jan 2022 In my amazon it is showing that Product is arriving today. But it is not out for delivery. Hence, few hours ago i contacted seller Sara India he told me that i havent shipped your product and already i had requested you to cancel but you didn’t.
Same things informed to amazon care. He again placed a complain against seller. After placing complain again Seller Sara India called me and told me that why you complaint to Amazon. Amazon is nothing. I am everything and i will nlt deliver your product.
I want to file a complain against Seller SARA INDIA and Amazon. They are harassing me and giving mental pressure. This product i have purchased to gift my sister. If this product will not delivered on time i want compensation of whole MRP 50,000. Also want to take strict action against seller. Pls help em in this regards.
I jave all proofs of voice recording with seller and whatsapp screenshot. Here only one file attachent option. So sending one recordings.
