I ordered a phone from Amazon which was on sale. I exchanged my old phone with the new one but at the time of delivery their verification process failed for the exchange. Which was not our mistake every details we gave was right but they are saying the IMEI number we gave them was wrong and doesn’t match
But when I tried to buy it again the IMEI was already in exchange so it’s not the IMEI problem
