Text of Complaint by Sandeep Singh Tomar:

I took a Airtel black connection and face a issue about speed related so I place a call 121 for the complain and after that the technician team come and check the connection and they said yes their is a fault in your connection their something electric current flow is might heigh amount soo will change the whole line but after that no has come and in register the complain every time they said will solve shortly but no solution form them after the fell and decided not to pay the bill then they call me and said sir your complain is only registered when you pay the bill because your services are suspended so I pay the bill amount then they said your complaint has been registered from our side and your problem will solve shortly but solution after then I visit to the Airtel store in December 18 I said everything regarding my complain and all they said sir you pay the bill when your connection are running ok so said them but if they generate my next bill then they you pay the only bill that you use but after then no solution form their after then I call to 121 and their employees said word to me like you pay the only bill that you use and all after then no solution what should I do I pay the 3 months bill with problem with connection but the company was not take interest for anything in my case
