I purchased Mi 10t considering all it’s specifications, Pros & cons. On official product page it is clearly mentioned support for 5G in Dual modes with 5g bands: n1/n3/n7/n8/n20/n28/n38/n41/n77/n78.
We don’t expect such neglecting treatment , misleading in terms of specifications to flagship phone MI 10t atleast for 5g StandaLoan connectivity.
As we are observing & amazed to see older flagship device mi 10t is getting ignored for basic connectivity support as mentioned.
Why company is treating & misleading customers in this way in terms of specifications.
we already contacted customer care & service centre suggesting to exchange/ downgrade the device with some cheap quality specifications .
We are not supposed to purchase to downgrading to other model.
Kindly provide very specific to the question whether the update for enabling 5G SA support for JIO 5g will be released or not as per commitment on twitter & in specifications.
Please confirm exact time period within which ota update will be available?
