Sir/ Mam,
I have paid subscription fees for five months of Rs 1385 after talking your customer service and any lady (Named Solanki) from customer service told me that I will get 100% cashback which amount I’ll pay for subscription within 24 hours. And also confirmed later and Vivek picked call and tell me you will get cashback. And also collection department from dhani calls me again and again for payment of their 482 pay later payment, and when I say about this they says We are from collection department we don’t deals with cashback. I have also attached my payment screenshot and call recordings for your reference. Please do the needful and give me the cashback as soon as possible.
