This is regarding the Jio Fiber booked on 17-02-2023 the sales call was taken by Mr.Mani – 63699 05085 and told the connection will given by 18-02-2023 and it was delayed by 20-02-2023. After that the call was transferred by Area Sales Manager – Suresh Kumar B – 6379900678 ( one of the worst manager I don’t know who gave him the job he does not have any reasonable towards customer support) he always tell sir I will call your within 30 min and every time I have to call him for update but not getting proper update also spoke to( Ramprasade- Technical- 6374211073 he will also say the same.) finally on 28-0-2023 had a fight with sale manager (Suresh Kumar) after that got a call of installation schedule and 4min got canceled by suresh kumar – manager, I was asking reason why got for my connection cancelation since in my street lot of people have jio fiber connection why you are not able to give connection to me. After paid for 3month and waited for more then 7 days. Very worst service of sales head not even able to handle the customer to get fixed . I have all the audio call of manager and technical person speaking now my line got cancelled. And simply saying your money will get refund. Is this you bug MNC company will handle a customer? I don’t want refund i want my connection due to wasted my time tell me to cancle my Airtel internet and wasted more then 7days of my time.
