I recharged my mobile no 7589297168 with 399 on 205/2020 through my debit card. The bank charged 399 from my account bt my mobile was not recharged by airtel. after 4 day i cannot received any infromation about my problem. several time i contact you coustmer care bt result i zero. after some time i recharge again my acc with 249. it is time of lock down i hv not extra money . please refund my money in my bank account.
