I, Sourav Chakraborty, searched job online in various site. On 6th November, 2020, I got a text in whatsapp from ROHAN SONI (7486049367) for an online job. He explain me the job i.e. I have to upload 10k Captchas within 10 days, no need to pay and the registration fees will be deducted from my salary. They want PHOTO ID PROOF & VALID EMAIL ID and I provide the same to them. They prepare an agreement without my signature and mailed me which is attached herewith. During the work, I face some issues and I tried to contact them in their helpline no. They didn’t help me. After that, I searched their company details in internet and saw that this is a total fraud company. And many people are victim of the same. On 18th November, 2020, I received a text from Advocate Rakesh(Jaipur High Court, Chamber No.6) that I have to pay Rs. 16000.00 because I had not completed their job. On 24th November, 2020, I received a text from Adv. Sddharth Verma(B:C:I:- GJ-2205/2014, Advocate Association, Legal Member of Lawentity IT Act 2000) that I have to pay Rs. 92102.00 as I had not paid Rs. 16000.00.

As per the conversation, the company was given a chance for settlement but you can’t pay. so according to your agreement you must present in the vapi session court and pay total financial loss of the company.payment is not done so your case transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 imposed on you and you need to pay Rs. 92102 /- for total loss to our client.
Legal Notice : It is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue in hand properly.
if you don’t reply on the time period it means that t/c you agree and you may on the fault and as per notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so as per the court summon letter will be issued it is to notifying a named party that a case involving it and that it must an appearance on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence.
