Reg service. As I have two connections of tatasky one is active other one is inactive.
For the inactive I want service as I ve moved to new area in bangalore. I requested tatasky as per their promise within 2hours the technician has visit and solve the probkem
I raised the complain on Thursday they told me within 2 hour. I took leave and waited non of them come. Again I called up they told within 15 min
Gain I wasted my time waited till night
Again very next day on Friday got call from tatasky within two hours disc will be installed. Again I took leave waited no one has come the same process continued till night
Again got call on Saturday same procedure.
Again today ie Sunday morning got call within 15 min. So I was planning visit place for some important work because of this call I dropped out
So this tatask made me mentally depresses so I need 1 crore compensation for the same as I ve suffered a lot for this issue.. I have all call records
