Amazon team is troubling me since a week. I was begging for replacement or refund they are neither changing mobile nor refund money.
first they agreed to replace the mobile – but they are not sending person for collecting the mobile from my place. repeately i am calling to amazon call center- now they are very very rude to me. i dont know what to do.
