I am using Airtel 3 connections along with DTH for past 10 years.
Now I had an plan to switch over to prepaid to postpaid, I had put an call back request thru my Airtel app no one has a time to assist to me.
In Airtel app they are posting for door step connections help desk but really no one have a interest to help for consumers.
Now I have an plan to port my 3 connections of number also DTH too!
Please don’t hesitate to contact customer for upgrading their network.
Also kindly honors what posting in media try to do.
