Hi, my old STB was unable to work due to some technical issue, so i raised complaint. Airtel engineer visited my home & suggested to take new stb like as per his opinion my old stb issue was unable to resolve. So I bought news stb for 1100 rs with new digital tv id. But then i got to know like its already allocated to some other mobile number & name. I called reg this so Airtel engg updated like registration person did some mistake while linking my atb id to myobile number so he ll transfer to my name after 15 days. Finally after 20-22 days i called customer care & changed my name & linked account to my mobile number. Also, i transferred my previous balance of 333 rs to this new id. As its a new HD box i had a free channel for first 1 month, so it started showing Recharge message at the end of 1 month tenure so i called airtel CC again like as i already transferred my balance to my account then why I am seeing this message but they said we have raised complaint & this ll be resolved but no response for next 2-3 days. Finally. STB stopped working showing error of TV Code:6. So today, again i called airtel CC regarding this, then they r saying lik there is 1 more Digital TV Id & my stb is linked to it so i need to recharge on that separately & not on this id which i told earlier while buying new stb ..
Now plz tell me what do i do on this.
I felt i got bluffed from Airtel Emgineers & Airtel.
