Hi Team,
I have recharged my mobile no 9860570141 on 25th Nov with Rs 1498 with validity of 365 days. My current pack of Rs 379 made on 6th Oct 2021 with 84 days validity. But after I recharged with 1 year pack validity was not added.
Can You please check and revert on the same? Please look into the issue on a priority basis.
