Very poor hospitality, not considering the snacks for kids under 2 Yr, even they don’t have a single content for the child to eat, they are not allowing the snacks brought from home, arguing saying only milk bikis is allowed from outside. Who said milkbikis is a child snack? And finally they asked us to cancel the tickets and we went back without watching the movie. Very worst behavior and replies from the theatre side, Ill treating the people like hell, even no higher officials came to give a clear explanation. We are all the way from Nagapattinam for this stupid people over LA cinemas showing all types of attitudes for their cheap ideas.
The money doesn’t matters still the effort we put to come all the way to this place matters amongst the busy schedules. Since they dint consider it for child bothers us too much. Even in their tickets they have mentioned no exchange and no return, how cum they cancel our tickets and refund the money, if they can break the rule for this then y can’t they allow a single snack from a child???
