Jio offers free handset called Jio Phone to their customers.My parents who are senior citizens have been using this for 2 years now.Of late,their handset is having issues with keypad because of which they are unable to recieve and make calls properly.They had serviced the phone from the nearest service center around 4 months back for the same but again now the issue has reappeared.Now,since corona cases are on the rise,they cannot visit service center to get the issue fixed.I had called up customer care requesting a replacement of handset but they are not ready to do so.This product was provided by Jio and such repetative issues with their product should be taken care by them which they are not doing.
