Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that we had registered the complaint for my faulty AC on last Friday (16th Apr 2023) in Voltas toll free number and my service request number is 23041635240. Not a single engineer has not visited my place . I have contacted the service agency so many times they are not responding the same.
But till date my problem not resolved and no one response my calls.
I have already sent reminder mails to Voltas but they are not responding over the mails.
So you requested to please look into this matter and help to resolve my issue.
