Dear Sir
My name gangula vijay from hyderabad i have taken personal loan from PCFIN Mobile app (android) 1725/- Account number 190710020197300562COVID 19 period i.e 17/07/2019 , i have paid emi some months, now it is showing that current balance 3437/- and over due 3461/- in Cibilscore website. i want close this account but i cant find any office regarding this office and even app also not working.
It looks making effect on my cibil score , not able to go for further loans , kindly request you to please let me know how to close this account
