Sir,

I am Airtel Network Subscriber Today Afternoon(3.00 pm) we are asked staff what is the producre for recovery a old number with our proof.She said this number register with another name(vijayan Manokaran),I can’t do anything  but we are asking how the id proof is mistake because we submit our photo with aadhar card.Then for my number name change who is respone like that i asked, she said are you a “mad” and then she started shouting,Namakkal Branch parmathy road Airtel Manger(vijaya Kumar) called and shouting us without knowing anything he is asked only empolyee speech not our’s this is treating a customer with irresponebility.So please take action with that lady empolyee using unusal words and manger Vijaya kumar without taking care customer problem.Hint(Namakkal Airtel showroom Parmathy Road,Land Mark- Gowtham Hostel near)
