1. I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Motorola regarding the issues I’ve been experiencing with my recently purchased Motorola smart TV on 13 Aug 23.

2. Despite reporting a significant problem with the TV, namely “suddenly a severe screen malfunction”, and the subsequent visit by a technician dispatched by your company, I regret to inform you that the matter remains unresolved. The technician, though courteous, failed to diagnose or rectify the issue adequately.

3. I find this lack of proper resolution and follow-up unacceptable, especially considering the investment I made in purchasing a Motorola product. It is disheartening to encounter such a lapse in service from a company known for its quality and reliability.

4. I urge you to take immediate action to address this matter appropriately. I request a thorough investigation into the root cause of the problem and a swift resolution to ensure the TV functions as expected.

. It is pertinent to mention that I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent interaction with one of your technicians regarding the repair of my television set.

7. Despite my initial contact with your company outlining the issues with my TV and subsequent attempts to address the problem, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the technician dispatched to assess the situation.

8. Not only did the technician display a dismissive attitude towards my concerns, but their demeanor was also confrontational and disrespectful throughout the interaction. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and does not align with the standards of customer service expected from a reputable company like Motorola.
