Text of Complaint by Sirisha:

When I joined stanza-kondapur because there were no 2 sharing availability I had to adjust with 3 sharing, I moved to twin sharing as soon as one was available. But then resident captain changed my lock-in period from 3months to 6 months. After 3 months when I wanted to leave I enquired if I could leave and current resident captain assured that I would get my refund as mistake happened from their end. Now its been more than 15days yet I haven’t received my refund and there is no response from refund team as well.
