When I was placing the order I have asked for Inputting the GST Number and I did. Also Cllaed Customer care to make sure they provide GST invoice and they YES. I have processed the payment and received the product. But the invoice that I have received from Email doesn’t include the GST number. I have Called Customer Care(022-41117877) and Complained about this on 14th June. They Took note of GST number and told me that they will Call me back. For Next five days, I didn’t receive Call from them so I called them on 19th June and now they are refusing that they can not revise the Invoice because the System did not include the GST number when I was placing the order(Which it did). The system didn’t catch the GST number is not my fault. it’s their Ordering systems Fault. The Total GST Tax is 25,169 and its not a small amount.
