We have ordered chicken item through Zomato while I was travelling in train. The item supposed to be supply in Warangal railway station. But the service person asked me to collect the parcel from outside of the station. While traveling, is it possible to go outside and collect the parcel. If that’s the case, how you can accept the order. It shows your sheer irresponsibility. We are going to complain this problem to relevant competent authority.
