Hello my name is Shreesh Singh. My mobile no. Is 8448661131. On 3rd september I ordered a tws of boat with order id ORD879034997 from blinkit…but the tws was a defective one as it couldn’t be paired…so I returned it and I select the mode of refund as a promo code issued by blinkit then with the help of promo code I ordered another tws (order id ORD024416668) but once again the tws was delivered defective as there is no audio..So I raised a request for returning of this tws also but this time they issued the refund but only 4 rupees which I paid as handling charge.but they didn’t refunded the promo amount…I have talked to many customer care teams and even mailed them about it but they responded that the promo code is working but it wasn’t ( I am also attaching the picture of the invalid promo code) when I mailed them again regarding this they are not responding…my money has drowned..please help me to get my money back.they are also saying that there is no option available on their side and asked to forget about it
