I applied for a cellphone contract and their consultant call that u qualify
I gave out my banking details and I was told that they will deduct services fee which is R98
Money Wa deducted from February till April (same amount)
No sell phones contract and no communication
I contacted them in March to cancel the debit check. I was told they will cancel
Come April they deduct again. I dnt know why cos I spoke to one of the lady (whose their consulted) she did not evn give me her name and was very very rude towards me. She even hang off the call on me
I call again after I saw that this is for the 3rd time they deducted my money, for what????
The lady again was so cold and very rude
Please DIALAGUARD stop what you are doing
You are scammer who goes around scamming poor people
You should consider hiring people who are willing to work as all ur ladies consultants are very rude and do no know costomer services
