This is to inform you that I got financed from HDFC BANK OF
Rs.64900/- for IPHONE 13-APPLE 128GB(PINK) VIDE Application
No.6915A00750 Dt.19June 2023(LOAN Account No.458621240) for somebody else. But he doesn’t like
the IPHONE.
So I returned back the above IPHONE to the Shop Dealer on the next Day.

About this matter I email to HDFC Bank as on 23June,2023 & visit the HDFC,Hazratganj Branch,M.G. Marg, Lucknow(CONSUMER LOAN DEPARTMENT) as on 28June,2023 , but The Bank reply me that if the Dealer sent the Product Cancellation Cofirmation email to the Bank, then Bank will cancel the above mentioned Consumer Durable Loan.
Then I visit the above mentioned Reliance Digital Store & request to the Dealer Mr Ankit Gupta that please send the confirmation email to the HDFC Bank for IPONE product cancellation that the product has been returned to him, so cancel the above mentioned Loan in the name of MUDIT SETH.
But the Shop Dealer Mr Ankit Gupta refuses to send the email to the Bank & said that he has doesn’t time for sending email. Then I said him that give me the other IPHONE, then he said that the IPHONE is with SHIVAM YADAV(M.NO.+91 8318523013,+91 8960074894), you recover the IPHONE from him.
I said to Mr Ankit Gupta that I got the IPHONE financed through you, if I have returned the IPHONE then either you send the email of product cancellation to the Bank or give me another IPHONE, but he refuses to help me & said that talk to MR SHIVAM YADAV.
Few days before I came to know about SHIVAM YADAV S/O MR DESHRAJ YADAV, R/O Vill.-Budhgoura, Post- Mahmoodpur, Distt.- BARABANKI through MONU SHUKLA (M.NO.+91 9793062725) working as Sales Executive(Personal & Business Loan) in IDFC Bank, Hazratganj, Lucknow. I meet the MONU SHUKLA in connection with Personal Loan cases, as I also doing wotk of GST, ITR, LOAN work through GST SUVIDHA KENDRA ( Online Services). This time my SUVIDHA KENDRA is only taking Home Loan cases that’s why I give personal loan cases to MR MONU SHUKLA.
MONU SHUKLA had given the reference of SHIVAM YADAV because cases which are not done through MONU SHUKLA (IDFC BANK) will be given to SHIVAM YADAV who have a DSA in partnership in tha name of RULOANS DISTRIBUTION SERVICES PVT LTD at D-178, VIBHUTI KHAND, GOMTI NAGAR, LUCKNOW (NEAR MADHURIMA RESTAURANT.
I enquired from MONU SHUKLA that how the financed PHONE is with SHIVAM YADAV, then MONU SHUKLA told me that SHIVAM YADAV is involved in illelgal activities , he is selling the Financed IPHONE & PHONES outisde the STATE with the help of Dealers.
I said that I doesn’t understand how it is possible that finances phone are being sold, but MONU SHUKLA confirmed that this is possible.
I get shocked after knowing this thing then I understand that Shop Dealer Mr ANKIT GUPTA & SHIVAM YADAV both are earning Double money on Financed PHONES through getting Full Finance from Bank & selling them in illegal way by making fool to customers .
And Customer has to suffer from paying FULL LOAN AMOUNT of IPHONE through EMI to Bank. Dealer & mediator SHIVAM YADAV are enjoying money by earning in illegal way. And actually the Customer is not having the Product.
This is the serious Fraud with customers which Dealer is doing with SHIVAM YADAV type Mediators. Kindly look into this matter seriously & order the Dealer MR ANKIT GUPTA that he will give me the another IPHONE of the above metioned same PRICE . Also take serious action against these people to stop these type of illegal activities so that customers will not suffer loses.
