I have bought a product (an electronic device) from zenmasstt.com and it is not functional.
The seller is refusing to refund the money. They offered me a 30% refund, as they do not have a warehouse in Europe.
It is not a normal situation. They are selling their products on european market, so they have to apply european legislation. I should receive 100% refund.
