As I have booked new lg 8kg fully automatic front load within inbuilt heater (FHM1208zdl.alsqeil) washing mechine for the same they have delivered the same but in invoice they have mentioned different model number and serial number, I requested them to provide corrected invoice but from thier customer care they suggested that as per legal issue they are not able to change the invoice they told me to return the product where once they will recive at their end they refund the amount they said for that took almost 15 days inbetween I have reminded them but it is no use as they have changed different dates to solve this issue finally they had given 26th of this month they confirmed through message even that date they have not solved the issue kindly help us to get solve the issue and do the needful
