Dear sir
I would like to state that by mistake mobile recharge on wrong not working mobile no 9082151470 instead of 9082451470 by my HDFC credit card on 13.12.2018 but jio telecommunication service is not ready to refund the fund either in account or mobile wallet in my jio app. This is the bad service by jio and cheating with customers.
