I have a broadband connection. On January 28th, I called the customer service to ask for a lower package. I was told that they can give a Rs 100/- off lifetime offer. My January bill does not show any such discount. I called to inquire and was told that Airtel decided to withdraw the offer on Feb 1 on a retrospective basis.
