Text of Complaint by B Vivek:

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have approached Airtel customer service helpline 4 times (3 April, 10 April, 12 April) as well as customer service centre once (10 April) to furnish me with a statement showing my bills and payments from December 2018.

I have been informed that the statement has been split year-wise and mailed to my registered email ID. I haven’t received any till now.

Further, they refused to take a complaint in this regard. So there is no service request number. Also, the contact numbers of the nodal officer and appellate authority are connected to IVR without any access to the concerned personnel.

I request that the case be escalated and I be issued with a statement at the earliest.
