I wish to complain about the way Amazon Deutschland Customer Service has mistreated me when I told them that my order # 306-3808133-4738710, dispatched by them on November 4, 2022, and debited from my bank account, was marked ‘delivered’ when it has NOT been delivered.
They behaved in a very insulting way, showing that they did not believe me. I have never been insulted this way in my whole life.
I told them that they should have taken my word for it instead of repeating that they would “investigate”.
There is nothing to investigate when I assert a true fact, with suffers no contradiction if they behave according to a Code of Honor.
If I say that the order was NOT delivered, it means that it was NOT delivered.
I am utterly wounded by their attitude showing that they doubt my word, as I am an old lady with a very high sense of honor and dignity and my whole life is a demonstration of this state of fact.
The persons handling this matter seem to be young characters not used to dealing with persons of high sense of dignity and honor. They have treated without respect and that is a moral damage which needs to be addressed.
I have demanded to them an immediate refund of my order and I told them that I intend to file a complaint before a Court against them , that is besides the fact that I shall stop ordering anything anymore through their channel because of their infamous misbehavior towards me.
As an immediate step towards the resolution of this conflict, I demand the immedate refund of this order and I thank your Amicable Court for your attention.
