Text of Complaint by Mihir Udeshi:

I booked my bike for shipping through Woodland Logistics and made the payment of 4500/- (as finalized with Mr. Sameer) on July 16, 2021.
Their guy came for the pick-up and the same day.
On July 17, i received a call saying your bike has reached Pune hub and if you don’t pay extra GST of 1055/-, we won’t connect your bike further, i had to pay them.
I was promised a three day door-to-door delivery which was delayed by more than a week and GST invoice is still not provided to me.
I received the bike on July 24 with damages on fuel tank, damaged brake pedal and helmet was missing which is still in their Mumbaik office.
After multiple follow-ups with Mr. Singh, i was forced to contact National Consumer Helpline and docket number 2860437 was provided to me.
Mr. Singh started using foul and abusive language over the phone and refused to process the compensation claim for the damages and also refused to send the helmet saying we don’t have vehicles right now.
